Why Don Quixote? In 1605, Miguel de Cervantes gave the world its first modern novel. 400 years later, this masterpiece has stood the tests of time and culture. As PWP went deeper and deeper into this project, what struck us was the hero’s steadfast desire to do good, despite the apathy and self-concern all around him and his own very human limitations. DQ fails miserably and comically and yet his generous heart has an extraordinary impact on his world. And since choosing this classic text, the changes in today’s world have only strengthened our connection to its theme of altruism.

The hallways, lobby, offices, conference rooms and dozens of other spaces of all shapes and sizes will come alive with this classic text, as our artists rip the binding off and blow the pages into the air. Take a look at it with fresh eyes and experience the rich layering, broad comedy and big-hearted spirit of In Praise of Folly.
